Project Epiphany provides consulting and mentoring  services including, but not limited to, advisory, strategy, coaching, and related services (“Services”). All Services are delivered based on the information provided by the client and are not guaranteed to produce specific results.

Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid prior to or at the time of service delivery.

• No work will begin until the required deposit has been received.

Deposit Policy (Non-Refundable)

All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Scheduling conflicts

• Failure to attend the appointment

Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled session only if cancellation terms are met 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• No-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require full payment to rebook.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Participate actively and professionally

• Respect scheduled session times

Project Epiphany  is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

No Guarantees

Consulting services are advisory in nature. While we strive to provide high-quality guidance, no guarantees are made regarding specific results or outcomes.

Confidentiality

All client information shared during consultations will be kept confidential, except:

• Where required by law

• Where disclosure is necessary to protect rights or safety

Limitation of Liability

Project Epiphany shall not be held liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from use of Services

• Decisions made by the client based on consulting advice

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Intellectual Property

All materials, content, frameworks, and strategies provided during consulting sessions remain the intellectual property of Project Epiphany and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Agreement

By booking a service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
